Implemented by the Belgian NGO Malem Auder, this pilot project aims to encourage farmers in the same village to build their houses using VN through community mutual aid. The local population commits to providing materials and unskilled labor, while AVN covers the transport and wages of external masons (from Burkina Faso) for the duration of the construction work.

The construction of these buildings helps accelerate the training of local apprentices in a new area for the development of the VN market. The construction of a series of model buildings (housing) in the same village is also a means of raising awareness among rural populations in the area and advocating with local actors (institutional, traditional, local associations).
