President : Anthony Kaye
Tony Kaye joined AVN as a volunteer in 2005 after retiring from the British Open University. He has worked in West Africa (Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Ghana), and for international organisations (Unesco, World Bank, ITU). He edits the English version of the website, and helps with drafting documents in English, and with anglophone contacts.

A French builder, Thomas Granier co-founded the NGO ’La Voute Nubienne’ with Seri Youlou, in 2000. He is responsible for the operational management of AVN’s program and for relationships with partner organizations and franchisees in the field.

Executive Assistant: Tatiana Soubrier Espana
Tatiana is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, and has worked as a volunteer in projects in Brazil, Colombia, and India (where she spent three months at the Auroville Earth Institute in Pondichery, studying earth architecture). Amongst her many other responsibilities, she edits the Spanish version of the AVN website.

Cynthia joined AVN after three years' experience as coordinator and administrator of an international NGO in Guatamala. She is responsible for managing the increasingly complex administration of AVN's network of teams. Currently based in the AVN office in Boromo, Burkina Faso.

IT Consultant : Uriel Longuet
Based in Ganges, Uriel works part-time for AVN; he is our webmaster, helps sort out IT software and hardware problems for our teams in Africa and France, and also works on AVN's print materials and DVD's.

Arabic documents and contacts: Batoul Kazwini
Batoul is from Syria, where she took a degree in Economics at the University of Damascus, prior to joining the University of Bordeaux IV (France), where she studied for a Masters’ Degree in Development Practice. She has prepared Arabic versions of AVN’s promotional materials, and helping with fund-raising in Arab countries.
