Tony Kaye is AVN’s contact for enquiries from the USA and Canada. Although based in Europe, he has experience of working with organisations in North America (USAID, the Academy for Educational Development, Washington DC, the Western Behavioral Sciences Institute, La Jolla; and he has also taught at the University of Montreal). Now retired, he has worked in West Africa (Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Ghana), and for international organisations such as Unesco, the World Bank, and the International Telecommunications Union.

He is fluent in French, and lives both in the UK and in France.
