National cooordinator: Mathieu Hardy
Mathieu Hardy is an architect with considerable experience of earth construction methods in Niger and Mali. He is responsible for organising the recruitment and training of new teams of VN builders and launching the ’Earth roofs in the Sahel’ Programme in Mali, in collaboration with Séri Youlou, responsible for the operation of the AVN-BF Programme. He is based in Bamako, as a volunteer under the aegis of Solidarité Internationale - Guilde Européenne du Raid.
