In the UK: Tony KAYE

Tony Kaye joined the AVN Management Committee as a volunteer after retiring from his post as Senior Lecturer in the Institute of Educational Technology at the British Open University. He also served for five years as Deputy Director of the University’s Centre for International Cooperation and Services. He has experience of working in West Africa (Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Ghana), and for international organisations such as Unesco, the World Bank, and the International Telecommunications Union.

He is fluent in French, and lives both in the UK and in France. In September 2011, he was elected AVN President.
