NGO’s, Associations, or institutions who, having already constructed VN buildings, want to go beyond a client role, promoting the VN technique in their action zones, are invited to consider a formal partnership agreement with AVN (see the Protocol below). Such partnerships will become an important element in the development and scaling up of the Earth roofs in the Sahel programme.
